Tim has spent his career inside companies that had to make consequential decisions before the data made them obvious. His background spans graphic design, art direction, brand strategy, executive messaging, and operational innovation — applied across industries with little patience for theoretical frameworks.
He currently serves as Chief Solutions Officer at Unbridled, where his portfolio includes brand and culture stewardship, AI capability building, and operational innovation at the executive layer. The discipline that became Predictive Planning took its working shape in that role.
Outside Unbridled, Tim is the founder of Relic Capital LLC and a managing partner across several operating businesses in real estate development, landscape services, and short-term rentals. The discipline of predictive planning is the through-line in how he thinks about each of them.
The book the field needed and nobody had written.
The phrase "predictive planning" has been seeded into the vocabulary of every CFO and COO in the Fortune 500 by enterprise software vendors. The phrase has been claimed by no one in serious trade nonfiction. The discipline that the phrase points at — distinct from forecasting, distinct from scenario planning alone, distinct from any vendor's feature set — has had no canonical practitioner-grade treatment.
The Institute exists to fill that gap. The book is the framework. The Loop is the discipline. The certification is the way teams become competent in it. The articles are the field notes from inside the work.
